I’ve been working with Brit for 6 months now and love that she gives little things to work on instead of a huge change to things… she takes what you’re already doing and tweaking it a bit so you’re not completely overwhelmed. I personally love being able to talk through what had worked or more things to try especially when it comes to my running. By making the changes she’s suggested, I’ve noticed a big difference in energy levels and not feel a huge crash on my runs like before.
